Vision Call

This short conversation is where we get to know you and your property and how we can help.

Step  3

On-Site Visit

We look forward to meeting you! Your landscape designer or maintenance lead will walk your property with you. We'll discuss your budget, take photos and measurements, review your vision, and make recommendations rooted in our experience and local expertise. For design-build projects the design fee of $700-1,500 is payable prior to starting work on the design.

Step  4

Design Plan Presentation

Within two weeks of your on-site visit, we will meet for  your in-person design meeting. You'll receive a 2D design plan, which includes two rounds of revisions. We'll also review your material selections at this time. When you're happy with the plan, you'll sign and proceed to the proposal.

Step  5

Proposal Review & Agreement Signing

The official proposal will include a pricing plan and material options so you know exactly what to expect from us as we proceed. For design-build projects, you will sign the agreement, submit a deposit, and secure your place on the schedule. Depending upon availability, we can usually start within 2-4 weeks. For landscape maintenance, you will sign the agreement, and we will schedule your monthly payments. Three-year estate management agreements are typical.

Step  6

Installation/Maintenance Service

This is where we turn your vision into reality. You can expect to hear from us before our visit, so you know the exact day and time of our arrival and what to expect when we get there. Our goal is to complete your project on time and in alignment with our high personal and professional standards—as well as your own.

For maintenance services, your primary point of contact is your account manager, and your dedicated crew will have a set schedule (weather permitting) so you always know when to expect us.

Step  7

Final Walkthrough

For design-build projects, we will walk the property with you to make sure you're fully satisfied with our work. We'll share information about warranties and aftercare instructions. For hardscapes, we include a 15-year warranty on workmanship, while materials come with the manufacturers' warranties. Plants have a 90-day warranty with irrigation setup and a six-month warranty if you receive our maintenance services.

Step  8

Proactive Care

For our maintenance clients, you will receive Quarterly Care Calls, during which we'll schedule a walkthrough of your property to ensure we're meeting your expectations and see what else we can do for you. Our goal is your complete satisfaction.
